Is an avid wine grower and works alongside Stefan Tropper in the vineyard. When Stefan is not in the vineyard he is busy as a butcher creating a mouth watering steak and other meat dishes. He is often found outdoors - in the vineyard or in his perfectly manicured garden, which he cherishes.
In her role as manager she gives a lot of attention to detail but prefers to stay behind the scene. She does however know what the guests needs are. Her second role is combined with being a grandmother to Laura Marie and Katharina.
Due to his hands on approach, from management, restaurant, technical issues to daily matters, his tasks vary inside and outside the house.

A "sporty” Gasthof needs a good partner in matters of physical activity. Agreed! An avid cyclist, he can recommend an easy cycling tour or if you prefer a more demanding one. He always has an open ear and enjoys a good chat about his second love, wines.
